SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Talk to me about exchanges and refunds.

While you are welcome to return your shipment back to us within 7 days of receiving it, please keep in mind that all returns must be in their original condition, i.e. unopened. Once opened, we unfortunately cannot help you. If the product is not found to be fulfilling these conditions, it will be returned back at the customer's cost. Please send us a note to hello@iamlove.in so we can walk you through your return. Also note that the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.


 In the case of faulty, damaged or wrongly described items, you will be eligible for a replacement post thorough checking. Please email support@iamlove.in and we'll take you through the process!

Once you inform us about your requirement of exchange, we will place a request and you shall expect it picked up in 3-5 working days

Faulty purchases

We're so sorry your items arrived in less-than-perfect condition. Please email support@iamlove.in and upload 2-3 clear photos and an unboxing video of the fault and/or damage. We'll get back to you shortly with the exchange process. Note we provide Exchange and no Refund.


We'll then email you when your replacement has been dispatched. We always do our best to resolve faulty tickets as quickly as possible! :-)

Opened or used product

Unfortunately we do not offer exchange or refunds on opened or used products. The only exception is when items are faulty, as above.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR CUBE

As soon as your parcel is shipped, we will email you with a tracking number. Just give it a day or so for the tracking number to be activated.


Shipping duration


Once shipped, the product shall take around 7-8 days for it to reach you. In some unlikely situation, due to covid-19, it might take a little longer. In such cases you will be updated accordingly, We apologise for any inconvenience caused.



IF YOU GAVE US THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT

Email us ASAP (like now) at support@iamlove.in and we will do everything we can to update this for you. As soon as you order, we will send you a confirmation email so please check your details carefully.

If your order has already been shipped then unfortunately, we can’t change the course of the parcel.
